Agreement Overview

Welcome to the Diamond Snapp Partner Program. By applying to become a partner, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This agreement governs your participation in our affiliate marketing program and outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Commission Structure

Commission Rates

  • • Essential Package ($9.99): Up to 50% commission ($4.99 per sale)
  • • Premium Package ($49.00): Up to 50% commission ($24.50 per sale)
  • • Ultimate Package ($99.00): Up to 50% commission ($49.50 per sale)

Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount after applicable taxes and fees. Commission rates may vary based on partner performance and agreement level.

Performance Bonuses

High-performing partners may qualify for bonus commission rates, special promotions, and exclusive marketing opportunities.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days of the end of each month, provided the minimum payout threshold of $100 is met.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Square or PayPal. Partners must provide valid payment information and tax details as required.

Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $100. Commissions below this amount will roll over to the following month.

Partner Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • • Must be 18 years or older
  • • Have an active website or social media presence
  • • Comply with FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing
  • • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • • Agree to promote Diamond Snapp ethically and honestly

Marketing Guidelines

  • • Use provided marketing materials and approved messaging
  • • Clearly disclose affiliate relationship to audience
  • • No spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
  • • No trademark bidding on paid search campaigns
  • • Maintain professional standards in all communications

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • • Cookie stuffing or any form of fraudulent tracking
  • • Self-referrals or encouraging fraudulent sign-ups
  • • Bidding on Diamond Snapp trademarked terms in paid search
  • • Promoting on adult, illegal, or inappropriate content sites
  • • Making false or misleading claims about our products
  • • Spamming or unsolicited promotional activities
  • • Using our brand name in domain names without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the partner program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Intellectual Property

Diamond Snapp grants partners a limited, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services in accordance with these terms.

Partners may not modify our marketing materials without written permission. All intellectual property rights remain with Diamond Snapp, and this license terminates upon ending the partnership.

Termination

Termination by Partner

Partners may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to normal payment terms.

Termination by Diamond Snapp

We reserve the right to terminate partnerships immediately for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days notice.

Privacy & Data Protection

Partners must comply with all applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations. Customer data shared for tracking purposes must be handled confidentially and used only for commission tracking.

Partners are prohibited from collecting additional personal information from referred customers without explicit consent and proper privacy disclosures.

Limitation of Liability

Diamond Snapp's liability to partners is limited to the payment of earned commissions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the partner relationship or use of our services.

By applying to become a Diamond Snapp partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Diamond Snapp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days notice to active partners.
